What products does Lagoon Technologies offer?
Lagoon Technologies offers four AI-powered enterprise software products: Opex HR Payroll (AI-based HRMS and payroll), Corex ERP (AI-based enterprise resource planning), TimeTick Attendance (smart workforce attendance management), and Safex365 QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment platform). All four share a common data layer and can be deployed independently or as a fully integrated suite.
How quickly can I go live?
Most implementations are completed in 2–6 weeks depending on the product and complexity. Opex HR: 2–3 weeks, TimeTick: 1–2 weeks, Corex ERP: 4–6 weeks, Safex365: 2–3 weeks. Our dedicated implementation team handles data migration, configuration, and training.
Do I need to deploy all four products?
No. Each product is designed to work independently. You can start with just TimeTick for attendance, or just Opex HR for payroll, and add other modules when you’re ready. When you deploy multiple products, they automatically integrate through our shared data layer.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, all products come with a 30-day free trial with full features and no credit card required. Contact us to activate your trial with a guided onboarding session from our team.
Which countries and regions do you support?
We currently serve clients in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, and several other countries. Our products support Indian GST, UAE VAT, GCC tax compliance, OSHA, ISO 45001, and other regional statutory requirements.
Is the data secure and where is it hosted?
All data is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) with ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, 256-bit AES encryption at rest and in transit, daily automated backups, and 99.9% uptime SLA. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. On-premise deployment is available for Enterprise plans.
What is the pricing model?
All products use a per-user, per-month subscription model with no hidden fees. Prices start from $15/user/month for TimeTick, $29/user/month for Opex HR, $35/user/month for Safex365, and $49/user/month for Corex ERP. View our pricing page for full details.
Does TimeTick work without internet?
Yes. TimeTick’s offline mode allows workers to check in and out without internet connectivity. All records are queued locally and automatically sync when connectivity is restored — essential for remote construction sites, oil rigs, and offshore operations.
Can TimeTick integrate with existing biometric devices?
Yes. TimeTick integrates with major biometric devices including ZKTeco, eSSL, Secureye, Mantra, Anviz, and others via standard APIs. Contact us to evaluate integration feasibility for your specific hardware.
What is the Opex HR ESS mobile app?
The Opex HR ESS (Employee Self-Service) app is available for iOS and Android. Employees can apply for leave, download payslips, submit expense claims, complete training modules, and receive push notifications. Managers can approve requests on the go.
Does Corex ERP support multi-entity consolidation?
Yes. Corex ERP supports unlimited legal entities in a single instance with full intercompany transaction management, eliminations, and group-level P&L consolidation. This is included in the Enterprise plan. 150+ currencies are supported throughout.
What compliance standards does Safex365 QHSE cover?
Safex365 is aligned with ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), OSHA 300 (injury and illness recording), and UAE OSHAD/MOL regulations. The system generates all required statutory reports automatically.
What kind of support do you provide?
All plans include email and WhatsApp support. Growth/Professional plans include business-hours phone support with a 4-hour response SLA. Enterprise plans include 24/7 priority support with a dedicated customer success manager and quarterly business review calls.
Can I customise the software for my workflows?
Yes. All products have configurable workflows, approval chains, form fields, and report templates. Enterprise plans include custom development services for specific integrations, modules, or bespoke features. Contact our team to discuss your requirements.
